1. About Us

Laxmi Vadi Papad Gruh Udhyog is a family-owned business, established in 1996, manufacturing traditional Gujarati and Jain-friendly Papad, Vadi, Pickle (Athanu), and Khakhra from our facility near Maha Laxmi Temple, Patan, Gujarat.

2. Orders

  • Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp (+919904360213), or in-store at our retail outlet.
  • All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Order confirmation is done via WhatsApp or phone call after you place your request online.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery-area limitations.

3. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Special pricing is available for bulk orders (weddings, festivals, family functions, events). Bulk order terms (advance payment, delivery timeline, minimum quantity) will be confirmed individually via WhatsApp before order finalization.

4. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Patan, as well as online payment via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets).
  • For bulk/wholesale orders, an advance payment may be required as confirmed at the time of order booking.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is currently available across Patan. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delays due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control; we will keep you informed promptly via WhatsApp.

6. Product Information & Natural Variation

All products are handmade, sun-dried, and prepared using traditional recipes. Minor natural variation in colour, shape, or texture between batches is normal and not a defect. Product images on the website are for representation purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logo, and product descriptions — is the property of Laxmi Vadi Papad Gruh Udhyog and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products beyond their intended purpose (as a freshly made food item, consumed within the suggested shelf life).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Patan, Gujarat having sole jurisdiction.
