All our products are handmade at our facility near Maha Laxmi Temple, Patan, Gujarat — the same family recipes we've followed since 1996.
Q2Are your products Jain-friendly?
Yes, we have a dedicated range of Jain-friendly products (without onion and garlic), prepared with care for dietary traditions.
Q3How can I place an order?

Q4Do you deliver outside Patan?
Currently, home delivery is available across Patan. For orders outside Patan or across Gujarat and India, please contact us on WhatsApp to check courier availability and shipping options.
Q5What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Patan, as well as secure online payments via Razorpay (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets).
Q6Do you take bulk/wholesale orders for weddings or events?
Yes, we offer special wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Contact us on WhatsApp with your requirements, and we'll prepare a custom quote.
Q7How long do your products stay fresh?
Our products are made fresh with no artificial preservatives. Recommended shelf life varies by product — details are shared with each order. Store in a cool, dry place, and keep pickle jars away from moisture for best results.
Q8What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
